CentaurX respects your right to control how your personal data is used. This page explains the opt-out options available to you.

Your Opt-Out Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and the type of data processing, you may have the right to opt out of certain uses of your personal data.

1. Opt Out of Marketing Communications

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from CentaurX (product updates, blog posts, announcements), you can:

Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive from us
Email us at privacy@centaurx.io with the subject line "Unsubscribe"

Note: Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to your active subscription (invoices, security alerts, service updates).

2. Opt Out of Analytics Tracking

If you do not wish to be included in aggregate analytics we use to improve the platform, you can:

Enable the Do Not Track (DNT) setting in your browser — we honor this signal
Contact us at privacy@centaurx.io to request exclusion from our analytics data

3. Opt Out of AI Model Improvement

CentaurX does not use your data to train AI models for third parties. However, if you have concerns about how your configuration data (Company Brain, agent inputs, etc.) is used internally to improve the Quality of the Service, you may request restriction of this processing by contacting privacy@centaurx.io.

4. Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data:

Email privacy@centaurx.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records required for tax compliance).

5. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
Delete your personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share your data)
Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

6. EEA/UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR including the right to object to processing, the right to restriction, and the right to data portability. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Submit a Request

To exercise any of the rights described above, email us at privacy@centaurx.io with:

Your full name
The email address associated with your account
A description of the right you are exercising
Any relevant details

We will respond within 30 days. For complex requests, we may need an additional 60 days and will notify you if an extension is needed.
